1. Rental Agreement:

• By entering into this agreement, the renter agrees to the terms and conditions set forth by the rental company.
• The rental agreement is between the company and the individual listed as the renter, and no other person is allowed to drive the rented vehicle unless authorized by the company.

2. Vehicle Usage:

• The vehicle is to be used solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with traffic laws and regulations.
• The vehicle should not be used for any illegal activities, including but not limited to, transporting illegal substances or engaging in illegal trade.

3. Rental Period:

• The rental period starts from the specified date and time and ends on the agreed-upon return date and time.
• Any extension of the rental period must be authorized by the rental company and may be subject to additional fees.

4. Payments and Fees:

• The renter agrees to pay the rental fee as per the agreed terms, including any additional charges for extensions, late returns, damages, or other fees specified in the agreement.
• A security deposit may be required before the rental period begins and will be refunded upon return of the vehicle in its original condition, subject to any deductions for damages or outstanding fees.

5. Insurance and Liability:

• The renter is required to provide basic insurance coverage. Additional insurance options may be available and can be purchased separately.
• The renter is responsible for any damage or loss to the vehicle during the rental period, including theft, accidents, or vandalism, unless covered by insurance or due to the rental company's negligence.

6. Vehicle Condition:

• The renter is responsible for returning the vehicle in the same condition it was received, aside from normal wear and tear.
• Any damages to the vehicle must be reported immediately to the rental company, and repairs should not be carried out without the company's consent.

7. Cancellation and Refunds:

• Cancellation policies, including any applicable fees and refund terms, will be outlined in the agreement and are subject to the company's discretion.

8. Governing Law:

• This agreement shall be governed by the laws of [jurisdiction], and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

9. Miscellaneous:

• The rental company reserves the right to refuse rental to any individual deemed unfit or ineligible according to its policies.
